Steele Canyon Golf Course is a 27-hole championship golf course designed by Gary Player, one of history’s greatest golfers.

Test your skills on the beach and have some fun during a cornhole tournament and sandcastle building tutorial! The tutorial will be lead by The Sandcastle Man, Bill Pavlacka, an award winning artist that creates three-dimensional sculptures out of sand.

Experience a fun and relaxing day enjoying the sights and sounds of the San Diego Bay and nearby points of interest. The catamaran may even be escorted by local sea life including dolphins and sea lions!

Enjoy time exploring the world-famous San Diego Zoo, home to over 12,000 animals and stunning botanical gardens. A guide will prepare you with tips and information while on the shuttle transfer from the Hotel Del Coronado Resort to the San Diego Zoo.  On arrival you will join a private guided bus tour where an expert guide will provide fascinating insights and behind-the-scenes stories about the zoo’s incredible conservation efforts. Enjoy free time to explore at your own pace, discovering rare and exotic wildlife in beautifully designed habitats. We will have two shuttle times to return to the hotel for your convenience.

Participate in a leisurely ride through Coronado with an experienced tour guide, passing points of interest and photo opportunities. See spectacular views of San Diego Bay, picturesque Victorian homes, and the San Diego skyline. Price includes eBike, bottled water, helmet, all service fees and multiple tour guides. Participants 16 years and younger require a parent or guardian’s signature. Required height for eBikes is at least 5 feet.

During the Awards Banquet, we will celebrate the journey taken in 2024 by our Diamond Award Winners, and Employees of the Year as well as recognize the Contractor of the Year for both Linc Service and TEGG.

Dinner will be served, and a post-awards celebration will be held immediately after. Dessert and coffee will be served.

Please note: All Principals having Diamond Award Winners may invite one General Manager or Sales Manager and guest to the President’s Awards Banquet. The Principal will be billed $150 per person for dinner(s) and beverage costs. If your General Manager or Sales Manager is attending the event as an Incentive Winner and will be attending the Awards Banquet, this must be noted on the registration form. Guests attending must be 18 years old or older.

ABM Franchising Group will sponsor a Young Adult Program and a Kids’ Program from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. during the Awards Banquet and Post-Awards Celebration (as Saturday evening activities are for adults only).

Teens ages 12 – 16 years are invited to gather for an informal evening of food and fun, while kids under 12 are invited to attend to attend the program specifically for them that includes food, fun, and activities. Children must be potty-trained to participate in group activities.

Note the Teen Program and Kid’s Program are complimentary, but those that register and do not cancel 24 hours before or do not attend will be subject to a $40 no-show fee.

Kids and Young Adults are encouraged to attend all optional activities and evening receptions with the exception of the Awards Banquet & Celebration, which is for adults 18 and older. ABM Franchising Group is offering a complimentary Kids Program (5 – 11 years old) and Teen Program (12 – 16 years old).
