TEGG Principals Session: What’s New with TEGGJoin us for a 90-minute session featuring a discussion on recent updates to the De-energized Process, TEGGPro, Technical and Sales Training, and the TEGG Guarantee Program. During the session, we will also share findings from several recently held technology town halls and how we are using feedback to help us identify new tools that can support TEGG franchisees.

All Star Catamaran Shelling TourExperience relaxation on the Calusa Spirit as you enjoy a 2-hour tour of the Gulf of Mexico and a chance to explore a secluded beach in search of seashell treasures. Morning and early afternoon cruises will be offered. The Calusa Spirit leaves directly from the resort beach and is a 45-foot, custom made Corinthian Catamaran (this is not a sailboat).
Please dress as if you were going to the beach as you may need to get into water that is waist deep in order to get on and off the boat. There is dry storage aboard, and we highly recommend bringing your cameras/smartphones. All participants must arrive at the South Beach Hut 30 minutes prior to departure. Participants must be at least 3 years old.

All Star Waverunner TourTake a 90-minute journey into the 10,000 Islands of the Everglades with professionally trained tour guides. Come share the pristine beauty of the islands as you catch glimpses of the diverse wildlife that is native to the area. Each machine can hold up to 400lbs, and can easily accommodate two people.
Participants should dress as if they are going to the beach as it may be required to get into the water up to waist deep to get on and off of the WaveRunner. WaveRunner riders must arrive at the Watersports Hut 30 minutes prior to departure to complete paperwork and safety briefing.
WaveRunner Rules and Regulations:
Participants must be at least 18 years old and have a photo ID to drive a WaveRunner and be at least 5 years old to ride. Please note that if you were born in 1988 or after, you will need to a Florida boating license to drive a WaveRunner. Temporary boating licenses can be obtained, and the cost will be covered by ABM Franchising Group for Diamond Award Winners and Employee of the Year Winners.

Awards Banquet with Comedian Josh SneedDuring the Awards Banquet, we will celebrate the journey taken in 2023 by our Diamond Award Winners, and Employees of the Year as well as recognize the Contractor of the Year for both Linc Service and TEGG.
Dinner will be served, and a post-awards celebration will be held immediately after. Dessert and coffee will be served.
Please note: All Principals having Diamond Award Winners may invite one General Manager or Sales Manager and guest to the President’s Awards Banquet. The Principal will be billed $150 per person for dinner(s) and beverage costs. If your General Manager or Sales Manager is attending the event as an Incentive Winner and will be attending the President’s Awards Banquet, this must be noted on the registration form. Guests attending must be 18 years old or older.

Young Adult and Kids’ Program during the Awards BanquetABM Franchising Group will sponsor a Young Adult Program and a Kids’ Program from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. during the Awards Banquet and Post-Awards Celebration (as Saturday evening activities are for adults only).
Young Adults ages 12 years and older are invited to gather for an informal evening of food and fun, while kids under 12 are invited to attend to attend the program specifically for them that includes food, fun, and activities. Children must be potty-trained to participate in group activities.
Note the Young Adult Program and Kid’s Program are complimentary, but those that register and do not cancel 24 hours before or do not attend will be subject to a $40 no-show fee.
Children less than 4 years of age will be permitted to participate in the Children’s Program activities as they are able; however, they must be assigned to a personal sitter secured and paid for by the parents. Individual, in-room sitting service is also available at the attendee’s personal expense. Check out the FAQ section of this event website for childcare options.
