Air Travel

Take advantage of the Delta Airlines discount available for flying into Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) by using Meeting Code: NM27U. To be directed to the meetings and event travel page on Delta.com, select the following link: Book Your Flight. Enter in your flight details as well as the “Meeting Code” provided above. This discount may not apply to some flights.

Ground Transportation

The estimated travel time between the Southwest Florida International Airport and resort is approximately an hour.

Diamond Award Winners and Employees of the Year Award Winners who register for and attend the event will receive a gift card which will include $150.00 USD to be used to help cover the cost of ground transportation between the Southwest Florida International Airport and the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort.

Principals, All Star Incentive Winners and other attendees are responsible for their own ground transportation.

Car Rental Companies: There are several options at the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).

Rideshare Services: Rideshare Services, such as Uber and Lyft, are available for to and from travel to the Southwest Florida International Airport.
