Q: What is the suggested attire for the event?
A:
- Principals Welcome Reception, Giving Back Activity, and Thursday Dinner Outing – Smart casual
- Men: Short-sleeve button-downs, polos, performance shirts, chinos, or tailored shorts.
- Women: Sundresses, skirts, stylish tops, jumpsuits, or tailored shorts.
- Principals Educational Sessions – Business casual / elevated resort casual
- Men: Golf shirts, polos, slacks, or tailored shorts.
- Women: Casual dresses, skirts, slacks, blouses, or elevated resort wear.
- Tip: Bring a light jacket or sweater, as the meeting rooms are air-conditioned.
- Principals Golf Scramble – Golf Attire
- Men: Collared golf shirts (polo style), golf shorts (knee-length), or golf slacks. No denim, gym shorts, or cargo shorts.
- Women: Collared shirts, sleeveless golf tops, golf shorts, skorts, capris, or golf pants. No denim, athletic leggings, or cutoff shorts.
- Golf shoes with soft spikes or athletic shoes. Shoes must be closed toed. Course does not offer shoe rental.
- Principals Pickleball Tournament – Active resort attire
- Comfortable athletic wear and court shoes.
- Friday Dinner Reception and Saturday Optional Activities – Smart casual and Swimwear
- Men: Polos, short-sleeve button-downs, tailored shorts, or casual trousers.
- Women: Sundresses, skirts, jumpsuits, slacks, or tailored shorts.
- Review each Saturday activity description for hiking and swimwear attire recommendations and requirements.
- Awards Banquet – Cocktail / Evening Resort Attire
- Men: Suit or sport coat (ties are not required).
- Women: Cocktail dress, dressy jumpsuit, skirt and blouse, or evening pantsuit.
Q: What is the policy for registering for optional activities?
A: Optional activities have limited capacity and require minimum guarantees. Activities may be canceled if minimum participation is not met, and all offerings are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
For Diamond Award Winners and Employee of the Year Winners, ABM Franchising Group covers the cost of one optional activity for the winner and their spouse/guest. Additional guests or children are at the winner’s personal expense.
Saturday optional activities are reserved for:
- Diamond Award Winners
- Employees of the Year
- Their spouse/guest
All-Star Incentive Winners may participate as availability allows and should request activity fee reimbursement from their company.
Q: What activities are being offered for children at the event?
A: Children and young adults are welcome to join all optional activities and evening receptions except for the Awards Banquet & Celebration, which is limited to attendees 18+.
During the banquet, ABM Franchising Group provides:
- Complimentary Kids Program (ages 5-11)
- Complimentary Young Adult Program (ages 12-16)
Children can be registered through the event registration form.
No-show policy: A $40 fee applies for children registered who do not attend or are not canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Children under the age of 5 may participate with a personal sitter, arranged and paid for by the parents. In-room childcare is available through The Nanny Connection, Inc.

Q: I’m invited to the All-Star Diamond Event. Can I participate in the Principals Meeting activities?
A: The Principals Meeting activities are exclusively for Principals (Linc Service and TEGG franchise owners/representatives).
Diamond Award Winners, Employee of the Year Winners, and Incentive Winners are invited to:
- Friday Evening Dinner & Entertainment
- All-Star Breakfasts (Saturday – Monday)
- All-Star optional activities on Saturday
- Awards Banquet and Post Awards Celebration
Q: I’m a franchise owner attending the Principals Meeting. Can my spouse, guest or children participate in the All-Star activities on Saturday?
A: Spouses, guests or children may stand by for All-Star optional activities on Saturday. Please request standby status at ABM Franchising Group’s registration desk onsite. If space is available, the Principal will be charged the activity fee per participant.
Q: What is included in the awards package for Diamond Award Winners and Employee of the Year Winners?
A: Diamond Award Winners and Employee of the Year Winners who register for and attend the event will receive:
- Standard Resort Room hotel accommodations for two for three nights (Friday, April 10 – Monday, April 13)
- A $250.00 USD honorarium gift card and a $200.00 USD for ground transportation between the Kahului Airport (OGG) and the Hyatt Regency Maui
- Complimentary attendance for two to the Friday Night Dinner and Entertainment
- Invitation for two (must be 18 years or older) to the Awards Banquet
- Choice of one of the Saturday optional activities for two
- Breakfast for two Saturday, Sunday and Monday
- Additional guests, including children, are at the winner’s personal expense.
This package does not apply to All-Star Incentive Winners (General Managers, Sales Managers, Service/Operations Managers, etc.) invited by their company to attend the event. All-Star Incentive Winners must provide a credit card for onsite expenses and seek reimbursement through their company.
The All-Star Incentive Winner and their spouse or one guest (18 years or older) are invited to the Awards Banquet. The Principal will be billed $175 USD per attendee for dinner and beverages.
