Reservation Changes and Cancellations

Changes to established reservations must be made in writing directly through Designing Events/MIM by email at abm@designingevents.com. 

Cancellations must be received in writing 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid being charged one night’s room rate.

Please note that if you choose to NOT book hotel accommodations through the event registration form, a registration fee of $375.00 USD per attendee will be charged. The registration fee should be submitted by mailing a check payable to ABM Franchising Group, LLC to Jim Ventura, 501 Technology Drive, Suite 3000, Canonsburg, PA  15317. Credit cards are not accepted.

Spa
